Texas 6 RV Park Rules and Regulations
Violating any Park Rules & Regulations may result in you being required to vacate the Park.
There are NO refunds!
GENERAL:
- Registration and payment is due immediately upon arrival. No exceptions.
- For after-hours check-in, please complete the registration form, including all payment information, and drop it in the slot at the office door.
- All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept, and in good condition. Park management must approve RVs 15 years or older.
- A 5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced.
- Each RV site will be allowed one (1) RV and up to two (2) vehicles per site (only pull-thru sites). Four (4) people are included in Rates—additional persons are $10 per person per night up to a maximum of six people per RV site.
- Storage Trailers, Utility Trailers, Cargo Trailers, and Sheds are not allowed on the RV Site. However, they may be stored in the designated storage area for an additional fee. In very specific circumstances, an exception may be granted to keep a small trailer (storage, cargo or utility) on the RV site for an extra cost. Any such exceptions must be approved in writing by management and state the type of storage trailer with dimensions and rate to be charged monthly to keep on site. No verbal agreements to keep any storage trailers on the RV site are allowed, and guests will be asked to move any trailers or sheds from the park in 24 hours unless they have a written agreement from management to have them on their site.
- No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles outside of the RV.
- No sub-leasing is allowed.
- No open campfires allowed. Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted. Manufactured above-ground fire pits are permitted if a proper fire arrestor is used.
- No clotheslines, freezers/refrigerators, fencing, barriers, or pallets are allowed, and dog kennels, pens, or runs are not allowed. Mats, rugs, etc., are not allowed on the grass.
- All water hoses and sewer lines must be free from leaks, and sewer hoses must have a “do-nut” or threaded attachment to the sewer.
- For maintenance, please keep yards free of clutter and debris.. TEXAS 6 RV PARK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES DUE TO THE FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS REQUEST.
- No trash is allowed outside of the RV at any time.
- Please leave the restrooms and laundry facility as you would like to find them.
- Solicitation or signs for selling products/services will not be allowed.
- If the pool gate is cable locked, anyone caught inside the pool fence will be fined $100.
- Reservation is viewed as a “two-way” agreement. We hold a space for your reservation, turning away all future requests in return for your deposit payment. Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of reservation for a $50 cancellation charge. There are no refunds 24 hours after making reservations for cancellations.
SITE FEES:
- Site fees and other payments (ie utilities) are due and payable by 6 PM on the due date. You may set up automatic credit card billing in the office. Any late payments by more than 24 hours will be subject to a $25 late fee on the second late day and $10 per day thereafter. Electricity payment must be made, and payment arrangements must be made with the office to have the option to pay rent with late fees for the balance at a later date. We reserve the right to remove RV from our premises for nonpayment after the due date. There are no refunds for rent for any guests who depart early. There is a 24-hour notice required before departure for all deposit refunds. There are no refunds for rent for any guests for early departure.
CHILDREN AND VISITORS:
- All visitors must check in at the office. Visitors must comply with all Park Rules & Regulations.
- You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests.
- Children under 14 years must have adult supervision in all common areas.
- Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
- Skateboards and in-line skates are not permitted inside the Park.
ALCOHOL, SMOKING, DRUGS AND FIREARMS:
- Smoking materials should be disposed of in proper receptacles. Do not throw them on the ground, including your site area. If caught throwing trash on the grounds, you will be fined at least $25.00.
- Smoking is prohibited in any Park building.
- No discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed.
- All weapons shall comply with all applicable state and federal laws.
- No alcohol is permitted in any common area (unless approved by management).
- Texas 6 RV Park, or any of its representatives, staff, or owners, are NOT responsible for people of any age driving while under the influence.
- No criminal or drug-related activity in or near the Park will be tolerated.
PETS:
- A fenced dog park is provided for you to exercise your pet. Please read and abide by the dog park rules.
- All pets (dogs and cats) must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES, except inside the dog park. Wildlife and farm animals are not considered pets and are not allowed.
- Please pick up your pet’s waste IMMEDIATELY and dispose of it properly. This includes around your site and anywhere within the Park property. This is a health issue for everyone, and if you do not comply, you could be required to vacate the Park or be fined a minimum of $25.00.
- Management reserves the right to refuse pets based on breed/behavior. No aggressive animals!
- Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. Noisy pets will not be tolerated.
- Pets may not be left outside unattended.
- BEWARE!! There are snakes in the area. Do not feed birds/wildlife. Do not leave food out for any animals.
VEHICLE RULES:
- All persons must have a valid driver’s license to operate any motorized vehicle on the park’s property, including golf carts.
- No parking on the street or the grass. Please park your vehicle in your assigned site only. Without management approval, any vehicle parked in a vacant site will be charged the daily rate for the space.
- The operation of motorized scooters, ATVs, minibikes, or any unlicensed motorized vehicle is prohibited on Park property.
- No repairs or washing of vehicles or RVs are allowed unless management approves. There is a $50 fee for using park water to wash RVs or vehicles.
- Golf carts must be well-maintained and compliant with local laws.
BEHAVIOR AND NUISANCES:
- Excessive noise or nuisances created by guests or visitors will not be tolerated. An after-hours disturbance fee may be assessed for any calls received.
- Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons on Texas 6 RV Park property. Obnoxious, profane, abusive, or threatening language, behavior, and/or actions directed at Texas 6 RV Park personnel or guests, or that could adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facility is prohibited; anyone engaging in such activity will be required to leave the Park immediately without refund at the sole discretion of Park management.
Damage to Park property, including but not limited to restrooms, utilities, landscaping, vehicles, street lights, or signage, is strictly prohibited. Guests will be held responsible for the repair of any damages. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Texas 6 RV Park assumes no responsibility for fire, theft, vandalism, natural happenings, injury, accidents, or losses from any cause. Texas 6 RV Park is not responsible for any vehicle damage caused by other guests/visitors. Texas 6 RV Park is not responsible for any personal property. Texas 6 RV Park reserves the right to limit the number of persons per site and stay. Willful violation of these rules will result in termination of tenancy and barring from the property. These Rules & Regulations supersede any previously written or discussed. Rules & Regulations, and rates may be changed without prior notice. Please report any problems to Park management immediately. Please notify Park management of any incidents or accidents as soon as possible. For emergencies, dial “911”.

Acceptance of the above Rules & Regulations is a condition of my/our space rental.
